Radian Generation may use SendSafely to deliver credentials securely after an access request is approved and provisioned.
When you receive the secure link
- Open the secure link from the legitimate Radian Generation message.
- Retrieve the credentials before the link expires.
- Store the credentials only in accordance with your organization's approved security practices.
Link expiration
The current Remote Access Credentials workflow states that the provided secure link expires in one week. Retrieve the credentials before that time.
If the link has expired
Reply to the related support ticket or submit a credential-support request. Do not ask for credentials to be sent in plain text or normal email.
