TCA Evidence Requirements — What Screenshots to Include

Include evidence that allows the TCA request to be validated.

Evidence to include

• Operating-system patch/update status image
• Anti-virus/anti-malware signature or definition status image
• Full-scan results or the currently accepted protection-status evidence
• Evidence showing no malware or threats detected

Make the evidence readable

• Make sure status and date information is visible.
• Do not crop out information needed for validation.
• Attach the evidence to the same TCA request.
